Getting people to communicate and work together when they originate from different countries, cultures and time zones is a challenge, but must be tackled if we are to become a peaceful federation of societies which possess knowledge of each others’ values. I suspect that often a problem can be seen in many countries from different perspectives, and thus many solutions are proposed. Understanding the perspective will arrive at a consensus solution, and the problem will thus be solved more efficiently and more effectively.
